Frequently Asked Questions

Most orders to the US arrive within 15 business days of the shipping date, however, it can take up to 25 business days for orders to arrive. This can also be effected by availability of items.

At this time we do not have a system on the website to track delivery. However most shipments are tracked by us. Should you wish to find out the delivery status of your order please email us on [email protected] We are working to have a self-serve tracking feature in place for future orders, your understanding is appreciated.

If we have shipped you the wrong item or the item hasn’t arrived within 35 business days we will refund or replace your order upon request.

If within 30 days of receiving your order you decide that you do not want it please contact us and we will provide a return shipping address.

There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.

This simply means that the order has been processed and shipped, essentially the order has been “completed” from our end and is now on its way to you!
